- Advance reservation required for party packages.

- All packages will have an automatic 15% gratuity added on the package price and any add-on food and drink items.
- Bonus dollar is added to the card when the guest registers the card.  Cards may be registered at a the front desk or online.

- A deposit of $25 is required at the time you call to reserve.  The deposit is non-refundable within 2 days of the event.
- Please do not bring items other than your party favors, presents, cake, and cake decorations.  i.e. No pinatas, silly string, glitter, or confetti.
- Food and drink must remain at the tables or in the party room.

Q: Can I bring my own birthday cake?
A: Yes you may bring in your own cake.  Please do not bring in any other food or drink items into the facility.

Q: If I purchase a cake as part of my package, may I decorate it?
A: Each cake is a Perfect Games birthday cake.  Please bring candles and anything else you like to put on the cake.

Q: What else should I bring?
A: Items that are sometimes overlooked - 1) Candles if you are having cake 2) optional party favors (see below) 3) If guests will be bringing presents, bring note paper to record your gifts on.

Q: What about party favors?
A:. If you want to give your guests something, bring your own party favors or purchase our Color Time t-shirt for your party favor.  We ask that you not hand out your party favors until your guests are leaving so they don't get lost.  In the case of the t-shirts, children may wear them immediately (a great way to easily spot your guests!) or leave them in the party room during your scheduled time.

Q: How many guests will bowl on each lane?
A: Between 4 and 6 party guests per lane.  Your lanes will be scheduled

Q: What if everyone in my group does not show up?  How many do I pay for?
A: Parties have a 6 or 8 guest minimum so you would pay for 6 or 8 guests.  During prime time you may incur a lane fee if we have more lane time reserved than you need (i.e. 4 or more fewer guests).  Other than that, over 6 or 8 guests you only pay for the number of guests that show up.  Your server will take your food orders after you arrive and know your guest count.
