There are lots of possibilities for your organization's easy and fun fundraiser at Perfect Games.
Options include:

IDEAS FOR A GREAT BOWLING FUNDRAISER

WHY BOWLING?

Bowling brings people together to have a good time.  Regardless of age or skill level, everyone can have fun.  Perfect Games can provide the facilities, staff and ideas you need to have a great event.  Weather is not a factor and we can host your bowl-a-thon or unique event any time throughout the year.  Our center can hold up to 8 people per lane on up to 12 lanes and more lanes may be available for events scheduled during our least busy times.  Regardless of the size of your event we can work with you.  You can host a great fund-raiser in a relaxed, interactive, and fun environment assisted by a staff that will work to meet your needs.  We are ready to help you raise money.  Are you ready?

AVAILABLE FORMATS


HAVE-A-PARTY 50/50 SPLIT  The organization hosts a fun night of bowling which could include two or three games of bowling, shoe rental, or laser tag. The organization pre-sells tickets to the event and receives 50% of price of tickets sold.  Example: Two games of bowling and shoe rental - tickets cost $12.50, organization keeps $6.25.

BOWLING/GAME CARD 50/50 SPLIT  Perfect Games cards are provided for the organization to sell.  Each card will have a free game of bowling and shoe rental as well as an amount to be used in the arcade/laser tag area.  The organization sells the cards and is able to keep half of the profit.  For instance we can do a $10 card that will have a free game of bowling along with shoe rental and $5 towards the arcade (a $12.50 value).  The organization sells the card for $10 and is able to keep $5 for profit.

BOWL-A-THON   Similar to a walk-a-thon, each bowler finds sponsors for every pin they may knock down in 1 - 3 games or for each point of their bowling score.  The goal for pledges could be a minimum total of $1 per pin (i.e. 25 people at 4 cents per pin).  One alternative to this would be to ask for a flat pledge from a donor, and collect that pledge ahead of time.  Each bowler pays a registration fee that covers their game cost.  The organization can choose how many games each bowler will bowl depending on the number of participants and the allotted time frame for the event.

(Each format can be done individually or combined to increase the amount of money raised)

ADDED FUN

RAFFLE DRAWING  Bowlers buy raffle tickets during the bowling event (your best bet is to go around table to table and sell them) and each ticket they purchase adds to the odds of winning.  At the end of the bowling event we assist you in conducting a drawing.  The grand prize could be a portion of the raffle proceeds and/or your organization could solicit donations for prizes.  Perfect Games can provide game cards at 50% off to help maximize your raffle prize value.  Please note that this option is best for schools, non-profits, and charitable organizations and state of Iowa raffle license laws must be followed (they're not too difficult or expensive for a single event and your organization may already have a license)

$1= 1 TICKET
$5= 6 TICKETS $20 = 26 TICKETS $50= 75 TICKETS


COLORED PINS  We can mix colored pins with the standard pins and when a colored pin is the head pin, and a strike is bowled the bowler wins a prize that the the organization had donated from other local businesses.

CRAZY BOWL   At the start of each game, a bowler from every lane is asked to throw the ball down the lane, but the catch is they have to throw the ball a “crazy” way. for example, in between their legs, laying on their stomach, with their opposite hand, etc. every bowler that gets a strike receives a prize the organization had donated from other local businesses. (we can provide you with a list of ideas).

SILENT AUCTION  We can provide you with the tables to hold your silent auction along with a sample silent auction sheet for you.

COSTS

For tax exempt organizations, the rate is $___ per game with free shoe rental if scheduled Sunday through Thursday anytime or Friday and Saturday before 6:00 pm.  If the event is scheduled on a Friday or Saturday night after 6:00 pm the rate will be $____ per lane with free shoe rental.  We may also be able to provide additional discounts for larger events scheduled during our non-busy times.  If the organization hosting the fundraiser is not tax-exempt or individuals are paying separately our regular group rates will apply.
