Perfect Games Locker Signup Form


Perfect Games has lockers for league bowlers that may be rented annually. Each rental year will begin August 1st and extend until July 31st. Lockers are available on a first come first served basis. The locker size is 14.75” x 14.75” x 20.25”. Perfect Games is not responsible for any lost or stolen items from your locker. If a key is lost, Perfect Games will make a new key at a charge of $15.00
